It can be so hard to find things that are Whole30 approved, which makes it even harder to stick to the diet! This list should cover a lot of pantry staples and snacks, and some fun things too!

I am not a crazy prepper by any means, but there is sense and comfort in being prepared, whatever that looks like for you. For me, it means buying dry goods in bulk (saves money), canning things (grandma hobbies), and always having what I need to make homemade chocolate chip cookies on hand.

The world of makeup and skincare usually seems like a never ending series of trial and error. Here are some things that work for me that I buy again and again. I try for things I consider to be “scrutchy” and mostly clean/nontoxic.
