She’s kind of in the middle of 3b/3c right now, some strands are tighter curls than others. I also like to switch up products once in a while, I also am constantly learning about new products, so that’s why there’s so many options!
Great for adding some moisture with styling, scent is minimal and light which is good (my daughter hates when things smell too strong).
Mizani 25 Miracle Leave-In Curl Cream
LOVE this for defining the curls. Helps hold in moisture to keep curls tight all day. Smell is a little strong for a child I feel but it’s not awful.
Silicone Free Curl Mousse: Foam For Curly Hair
Fresh clean scent, washes well, non greasy feeling. Not as moisturizing as I would like but I still enjoy using this on her hair and am satisfied with its cleansing ability
Curl Quencher® Moisturizing Shampoo for Curly Hair
This stuff I use on myself as well as her hair. Smells great, non greasy, and very moisturizing for wash day.
All Soft Hair Products For Dry, Damaged Dry Hair
We use this monthly for detoxing and clarifying her hair (especially when swimming lessons are going on). Works well to get a clean base to start fresh. Smell is great too.
Hair and Scalp Clarifying Products | Clarify Collection | Paul Mitchell
This goes without saying much, you use those little notches on the side to get perfectly defined curls.
Define EdgeLift Brush
Refresh those bed head curls with this! I use this as well as some water to help refresh her hair in the morning and help with easy pain-free styling.
Hydrating Mist - Curl Refresher Spray
I use a boars bristle brush to smooth out hair for slicked back looks. It also helps spread natural oils.
Bristle Brush
Must protect those curls overnight. We use a silk bonnet every night and she has no complaints with these.
Kids Satin Bonnet
Obviously we need some colored rubber bands for styling!
