items I’ve been told that there are only a few real places in Cyprus where you will find good food by quite the group of people while growing up here in Cyprus. Of course that’s not true! I am from nicosia, but you will find places from all of greek Cyprus

An unusual twist on Greek kitchen. There is always a second menus with seasonal items like wild Cyprus mushrooms in wine in winter. They have a cozy atmosphere with sitting areas both outside (with heaters) and indoors.
KUZUBA
Asian fusion that does not disappoint. Stylish atmosphere and elegant big city vibe. This place is always overrun by people so make sure you reserve a table in advance. I recommend the king oyster mushroom and the plata cocktail
Tocayo — Cesoro Group
Another restaurant with a Mediterranean twist and an asian feel. Definitely try the cocktails and their tataki

Not a meat eater myself, but my family who love meat say they have the best steak in Nicosia. Fresh and not dry. I go for salads and the cocktails usually. Personally recommend trying their take on the traditional Greek salad.
