My favourite homemade granola bar recipe! I use slightly less honey and add whatever seeds I have on hand. I switch it up. I buy the GF oats from Costco

Packed with protein, fibre, healthy fats and minerals! These guys are awesome. Make a trail mix or a great snack on their own. Have a handful with a granola bar to balance the sugar!
What Are Pepitas and What Can You Do with Them?
I use maple syrup instead of honey, or leave it out altogether. The key is to stir it well again the next morning, or a couple hours after putting in the fridge.
3-Ingredient Chia Pudding
For strawberry sauce, we used: 1lb fresh strawberries, 1tsp lemon juice an 1-2tsp maple syrup. Just heat on medium, mash and cool.

Works best with coconut oil, but you can sub olive oil if you don't have on hand. I switch up the nuts etc. Great on yogurt with some berries!

Make your own electrolyte drink with : 1 large cup water, ½ -1 squeezed lemon or lime, pinch or 2 of celtic salt, and 1tbsp of maple syrup. Experiment and adjust to your liking! I like mine best with ice;)
