Black hot glue (or any color hot glue) is a GAME CHANGER! When diy-ing, I basically paint everything black so the black hot glue blends in and is camouflaged against the paint. No more white spider web glue strands.

Black spray paint makes everything look better!! I always ask myself if the item I'm thrifting can be painted black. Rust-Oleum is my go to spray paint in any color!

I could not live without my hot glue gun! I highly recommend getting a glue gun for each color of glue stick. I have one for my black hot glue and one for my regular hot glue. It makes things easier.

Keep your surfaces clean while you work. No need to worry about paint splashes or glue drips while you create. Another great use for a silicone mat is to rest your hot glue gun on it. It creates a barrier for the heat, keeping your surface safe.
