The best sushi in the city. It’s so fresh, it’s like butter and melts in your mouth. This place is not like an al you can eat spot, but has a set chef’s recommended menu that gives you a bit of everything. I tend to get the Trust Me every time.

A beautiful italian restaurant in Echo Park. I love the decor of this spot and they have some patio seating out front.

This has my favourite shakshuka in the city. They also have wonderful pastries and coffee. There’s a play area in the back for kids and some small home gift items as well.

A bomb sausage spot in the arts district. They have vegan and veggie options available. Their fries are to die for and they have dips as well. There’s also a wonderful beer selection and a mix of indoor and outdoor seating.
