I LOVE lentils. They have become one of my favorite foods this year. They take the flavor of whatever you put in them. I have made these in place of ground beef in some recipes (especially taco meat!). They ar=lso are great cold in salads.

DO NOT SLEEP ON THIS. This soup is so so so good (and not to mention QUICK AND EASY). One serving is 120 calories and 7g of fiber (but i promise, you'll eat 2-3 servings of this). It is so delicious and I have been having this since childhood.

Lots of fruits and veggies have fiber! Raspberries are one of the highest. 1 cup of raspberries has 9g of fiber! 

I love to mush raspberries with chia seeds and let them soak overnight with some greek yogurt! This makes a healthy, high protein and HIGH fiber breakfast!
