I lost two nice blankets to a gust near the lake before I figured out that not all clips are created equal. These ones grip like they mean it and don't pop off when the stroller hits a curb.

Regular throw blankets are not meant for strollers. They slip, they drag on the ground, they get caught in the wheels. These are actually sized right and heavy enough to resist a breeze without overheating your kid.

Some days the wind is so aggressive that clips plus a blanket still aren't cutting it. That's when you need a full cover. Learned this the hard way during a February trip to the zoo that I still regret.

Blankets aren't the only thing that flies off strollers. Bags, toys, pacifiers, my sanity. These hooks and clips keep all the extras locked to the frame so you're not retracing your steps through the park.

The blanket situation is just one piece of it. Cold ears, frozen fingers, wind blasting into their face. These items handle the parts of the baby that the blanket doesn't cover.

Nothing makes a windy outing worse than digging through a pile of loose stuff in the stroller basket trying to find the pacifier. These keep everything in reach so you can clip, cover, and keep moving.

Once the blanket is clipped, the cover is on, and the baby is bundled, you still have to survive out there yourself. These are for the adult pushing the stroller who also deserves warm hands and a hot drink.
