Frames
One of the world's most iconic steel bike frames. These have been in production for like 70+ years.
All of the Level frames I've seen in person are amazing quality.
Ultra high quality vintage steel frames with really nice paint.

My favorite frame I have is by this elusive frame maker in Italy. Ultra rare if you find one, but sooooo nice.
Widely considered some of the best track frames in the world.
Love Bridgestone. High quality even on their lowest end products.
I don't like aluminum frames bc I find them to be way too rigid for city riding, but this is the one exception. Light, super cool geometry and shape, these frames are very nice.
Peak Italian cycling heritage. I especially love the framesets from the 1960s.

Wheels
One of the truest sturdiest wheels on the planet. And they look cool. I sold my rear aerospoke, but loved it.
Love this simple carbon fiber wheel sets.
If you want a non tubular option these are very nice.
Components
Designed for heavy duty use and durability. Great for people who cycle in the city.

These are great quality. Will pretty much last you forever.
I like these a lot. Also have some Specialized ones I like a lot. Campagnolo would be the upgrade. Sort of depends on your preference and foot shape/size.
Love these simple vintage Cinelli clips from the 80's. You can find them on eBay or in some shops. Otherwise just go with a generic alloy clip.
For some reason I put these Cinelli ones on all of my track bikes. Never had any problems with them. Super durable and they look nice.
More or less the only crank arms and cranksets I'm using on my track bikes. Insane quality for the price.

Lightweight, shallow drop. Great for city riding.
Swapped out all of my old hacked mountain bike risers for these a few years ago. I chop mine down a little bit but it's really high quality ultra-light bars.
These or Campy and you can't go wrong.
Massive fan of these saddles. I'm really not a fan of Brooks or any of the other popular ones like that. I pretty much exclusively use these and have collected a bunch of out of production ones whenever I see them. Depends on your preference I guess ...

Gear
You don't need anything fancier than this to change your tire.
Simple, durable chain tool.
Hopefully you never have to really use this, but definitely wear a helmet when cycling in the city.
Great small to medium sized bag for on the go.
Having the lock built into the chain is nice if you're looking for a smaller chain lock.
Never leave home without it.
Fits in a small bag and actually gets your tubes filled up faster than you would expect.
Not the sturdiest mount of all light options but it's waterproof and bright.
Cycling caps are actually a lot more function than form. They can help keep rain out of your eyes, they can help absorb sweat, they can keep your head warmer in cooler months and protect your skin from the sun in warmer months.
