This is the CapCut 2.0 but completely free. You can only edit vertical videos so I use this to add sound (music) to my TikTok, Shorts and Reel videos.
The text portion needs more work but they are consistently updating the app.

Yes, I know you can use free apps. I personally use CapCut at home but Adobe Pr is great for making content that you plan to stick to.
