I have thick, naturally wavy hair so these are the products I like to use when I want to style it! I start with a sollidy shampoo to get the build up out, wrap it in a microfiber towel, add a cream based product to keep my hair soft, brush it through...
I like using creams instead of gels or mousse when styling
Bumble and bumble Curl Defining Cream
This beach spray gives my hair the salty + beachy look
OUAI Wave Spray - Texture Spray w/ Coconut Oil
Microfiber is so great to get the excess water out of your hair. I put my hair up in this for an hour or so then I add my products.
Kitsch Microfiber Hair Towel Wrap - Quick Dry
Great for in the summer to help tame the humid frizzy locks
OUAI Anti Frizz Cream - Moisturizing Hair Cream
I use this about 1x a week to help nourish from root to tip
OUAI Thick Hair Mask - Almond & Keratin 8oz
This stuff is great! I notice a huge difference using this 1x week and concentrating it on my roots to remove buildup
OUAI Detox Shampoo - Clarifying, Sulfate-Free
This travel kit so convenient to have on hand, all of the essentials in one place
OUAI Travel Kit - Leave In, Shampoo, Mask, Scrub
I like to brush in the product with something wide combed like this to really get the products into my hair and disperse them evenly
Curl Defining Brush 2024, Vented Detangling
A little goes a long way! I use this from about mid-shaft to the ends to make my hair shine. Then I'll use the rest that's on my hands to pat down flyaways on top
This is on my list to try next! I like that it's cream based and won't make my curls crunchy!
Miss Jessie's Pillow Soft Curls Lotion 8.5oz
I haven't tried this one yet, but it has a ton of great reviews for calming frizz!
No.6 Bond Smoother Frizz Control Styling Hair Cream - OLAPLEX | Ulta Beauty
Briogeo is a great brand, love this idea of a exfoliating scrub. As someone who does flake, especially in the winter, a product like this would be great to not only exfoliate but hydrate your scalp.
