Spent a week as a guest and 5 weeks as a rep here and had the absolute time of my life. The rooms are clean and spacious, the common areas are great, and there’s an evening activity like pub quiz or beer pong every day.

iHome - Hoi An, Vietnam
Spent 2 weeks volunteering here and has an amazing time! Joe and First (the owners) are so funny and passionate about the work they do and the hostel feels like a family

Golden Dragon House - Vang Vieng, Laos
super affordable, comfy beds, good to book nong khiaw tour with
LPQ Hostel - Luang Prabang, Laos
stayed here for over a week, the BEST family atmosphere!
The Lost Boys - Koh Rong, Cambodia
this hostel is SO social while not being absolutely off the rails, beds are huge too!
Mad Monkey - Phnom Penh, Cambodia
good if you're looking for privacy and recharge time

this place isnt the most social but it is incredibly clean and affordable for japan (i spent only $22 usd a night)
