Hands down the best ring ever. I am in LOVE with this anti-anxiety ring. I have never been this excited about a piece of jewellery (and I have had lots over the years!). I did a lot of research to find this ring (there are many other inferior ones out there) and it is the best I could find. This not only looks amazing, but it works so well. It's lightweight but sturdy so not distracting…the little silver balls all move smoothly around the ring and also spin smoothly. They are super smooth to the touch and are amazing to play with, particularly if you have a meeting or an event that can be stressful and you want something to fiddle with that won't make noise or attract attention. An absolute must for anyone who is neurodivergent, just brilliant 👏🏻🫶🏽

Where have you been all my life???! These candles are excellent. I have hyperosmia (super sensitive to scents) so I can't burn traditional candles (plus I have cats so it's safer for me to have an alternative!). I previously tried battery-operated candles, but they all looked quite cold in the light they threw off, and all had a terrible flickering effect, which really set my nerves on edge. Then I found this beautiful candle set (I have the gold coloured as they're super warm looking but the grey are stunning too). They're a sleek design, silent, and the best bit is the light they give off. It has the most warming and relaxing glow that doesn't bother my eyes. The ‘flame’ part of the candle gently bobs backwards and fowards as though it was floating in the breeze and this create a gentle movement to the light that is so realistic. Absolutely transfixed by these, they calm me down, create the most friendly glow, look fabulous and of course pet-friendly…..I think my cats love these even more than I do as they sit and stare for ages. One of my most favourite purchases 🥰

Absolutely the best small water bottle I've had. I'm super clumsy (always knocking things over/dropping them, much like my dypraxic friends), but I like to stay hydrated when I'm at my work desk so I needed a water bottle that felt good in my hand, wasn't slippery, and that I could drink from but w... This water bottle is fabulous. It has a super smooth texture that feels soft but slightly grippy so my mind registers its presence in my hand a little easier and I've found I drop this bottle less. It's lightweight but solid (from my own experience it bounces off the floor very well without creating a mess), wonderfully easy to drink out of (when I'm sat working or at the gym working out) and in lovely colours that don't frazzled the mind. Massive benefit that it's designed to hold pieces of fruit in the liquid too if you want to dress up your water. I love this water bottle, highly recommended for anyone in particular who struggles with certain textures, you should be ok with this one 👏🏻🫶
It's the best sensory light projector I've come across! Not only does it project clearly, but it has the option of adding white noise to help with sleep, AND has loads of settings for you to alter the noise and brightness levels so you can adjust it perfectly to whatever you need. Kids will absolutely love this. But I also know many neurodivergent adults who use these in their own bedrooms, living and office spaces, and who find them incredibly calming as well as so, so beautiful to watch. I would love for every person to have one of these in their homes to relax with. These make awesome gifts 🥰
These bubble tubes are incredible for creating gentle light and calming visuals. Frankly, whether you're a kid or a grown-up, this is going to massively relax you, and you have the added benefit of not having to look after real fish! These are fantastic in a corner of the room to give that lovely gentle movement or placed in front of a mirror to create more light and movement. Best sensory projector light for adults by far! There are plenty of neurodivergent children I know of who love this, but feedback to me has been that the adults, in particular, love the gorgeous projection. If you're wanting to whisk yourself away to another part of the galaxy for some serious mental relaxation, then this is the projector for you. The most snuggly comforting cover for a hot water bottle! There are quite a few fabrics that I just don't like the feel of, particularly when those fabrics get warm, so I spent such a long time finding a water bottle that had the right cover (I thought that finding a cover first then a hot water bottle to f... Better to find one that has the right cover with it already). This little cover looks charmingly like a jumper and so feels like you're snuggling someone rather than something and I absolutely loved that. It also radiates the right amount of heat so protects your from the hot water bottle but also allows the warmth to drift through, very comforting 😌

The ultimate in fidget toys for helping reduce stress and increase focus. If your budget can stretch to this and you only want one fidget toy to take with you wherever you go, then this is it. I find it helps me (and everyone in my family…we are all neurodivergent with cognitive variations…some with two or three!) to feel chilled out and attentive. I find this really helps when I'm on zoom calls for lengths of time that need me to focus or in high stimulation environments. I love that these come in different consistencies, because we have different needs on different days, so being able to choose which putty to use is fabulous. These are incredible! I have one in every room of my house. It's so easy to become overwhelmed when you are neurodivergent, that having something to hand to create that perfect 1 minute rest your mind needs is fabulous. After 48 years I have finally found tea towels that not only actually dry, but dry mega fast once used, AND do not leave fluff on everything! I can't remember when I last came across this phenomenon, it was probably at my grandma's house when I was a little girl and they made proper tea towels!
