Best sensory projector light for adults by far! There are plenty of neurodivergent children I know of who love this, but feedback to me has been that the adults, in particular, love the gorgeous projection. If you're wanting to whisk yourself away to another part of the galaxy for some serious mental relaxation, then this is the projector for you. Absolutely fantastic sensory putty. These are great for helping to reduce anxiety and for keeping your hands busy, which can help with focus. I love that these come in different consistencies, because we have different needs on different days, so being able to choose which putty to use is fabulous. These are also awesome for helping with hand mobility and strength - you might as well give your hands a gentle workout while you play. Cool colours and feels lovely, these are great to just pop in your desk drawer for when you need a quick fix 🙌
These are incredible! I have one in every room of my house. It's so easy to become overwhelmed when you are neurodivergent, that having something to hand to create that perfect 1 minute rest your mind needs is fabulous. These feel lovely to the touch, are so wonderfully relaxing to watch, and take the right amount of time for all the droplets to fall that the brain needs to reset and have a little rest. These make wonderful gifts and adults and kids absolutely love them ❤️
Where have you been all my life???! These candles are excellent. I have hyperosmia (super sensitive to scents) so I can't burn traditional candles (plus I have cats so it's safer for me to have an alternative!). I previously tried battery-operated candles, but they all looked quite cold in the light they threw off, and all had a terrible flickering effect, which really set my nerves on edge. Then I found this beautiful candle set (I have the gold coloured as they're super warm looking but the grey are stunning too). They're a sleek design, silent, and the best bit is the light they give off. It has the most warming and relaxing glow that doesn't bother my eyes. The ‘flame’ part of the candle gently bobs backwards and fowards as though it was floating in the breeze and this create a gentle movement to the light that is so realistic. Absolutely transfixed by these, they calm me down, create the most friendly glow, look fabulous and of course pet-friendly…..I think my cats love these even more than I do as they sit and stare for ages. One of my most favourite purchases 🥰

There are a lot on the market, lots of good ones too, but this is one of the better collections I've come across, particularly for autistic, ADHD, and dyspraxic people 👏🏻
It's the best sensory light projector I've come across! Not only does it project clearly, but it has the option of adding white noise to help with sleep, AND has loads of settings for you to alter the noise and brightness levels so you can adjust it perfectly to whatever you need. Kids will absolutely love this. But I also know many neurodivergent adults who use these in their own bedrooms, living and office spaces, and who find them incredibly calming as well as so, so beautiful to watch. I would love for every person to have one of these in their homes to relax with. These make awesome gifts 🥰
The ultimate in fidget toys for helping reduce stress and increase focus. If your budget can stretch to this and you only want one fidget toy to take with you wherever you go, then this is it. I find it helps me (and everyone in my family…we are all neurodivergent with cognitive variations…some with two or three!) to feel chilled out and attentive. I find this really helps when I'm on zoom calls for lengths of time that need me to focus or in high stimulation environments. You will not want to put this down, and that's absolutely ok, that's what it's there for, to help with your mental peace. Set absolutely any tone you want to match the mood you want to have (for example, setting lights to the colour that you know makes you happy, will help to change your mood towards being happy). If you don't want a bubble tube, fibre optics, galaxy projections, or a gently glittering disco ball lighting up your room, then this light tube is a fantastic option. It's super important for neurodivergent people to get the lighting right in their safe spaces as we are much more sensitive to light than a lot of other people. You can completely take control of your lighting with this and set it it one of almost endless colour choices. Highly recommend this for a corner of a room 🙌

The easiest-to-handle toasted sandwich maker I've ever used. I'm so clumsy and have to be super careful in the kitchen. I came across this sandwich maker at a friend's house and decided to have a go to see if I could use it without damaging the food or myself, and SUCCESS! The big bonus for me was that there is a large gap between the handle that you drop down at the hot plate. It meant it was a lot safe for me to use and even if I did fumble a bit I didn't burn myself. This has a fantastic design and I'm making toasties every other day in our house, absolutely marvellous for anyone with co-ordination issues 🥳
You will wonder how you coped without this laser measuring instrument. Seriously, if you have any balance issues (like many who are neurodivergent) then the last thing you want to be doing is crawling around on hands and knees with a measuring tape trying to keep the tape in place while keeping your own balance! I spend a lot of time measuring rooms in properties and sometimes it's super awkward to fit your body in the right space to measure something correctly and particularly when the tape measure is not long enough for the job, I have now removed the enti... I can literally hold this gadget against a wall, click a button, and the reading tells me precisely the distance. Not only that, but as this is effectively one of the coolest laser pointers out there, my cats have a blast when I turn it into a cat toy, they love it! What a fabulous and fast window cleaner! I absolutely cannot cope with streaks on my windows (which are usually only apparent after I've hand cleaned the windows then the sun hits them at the right angle and streaks are shown to be everywhere!!!), it sets off my cleaning compulsion, which m... To save yourself from doing that, give yourself the best chance to avoid streaks in the first place. I gifted myself this electic window cleaner and it's been fantastic! I whizzed through cleaning the windows and I couldn't see any streaks later on, which was such a relief. What a fabulous gadget and absolutely worth it what it saves you in time and effort and unnecessary cleaning 👏🏻
This is the fourth pressure washer I've had and it is amazing! The first three I ended up giving away to non-OCD friends and family as they were either too noisy/at the wrong pitch and didn't clean perfectly. It drove me nuts and I just ended up having to go over all the cleaning I'd done multiple times and then just stare at the ground where it hadn't cleaned fully. I actually used this model at a friend's house when I was helping them to clean their patio and I was absolutely blown away so I bought my own. Not only was it much faster with the circular large surface cleaner, but everything just came up sparkling on the first go. It is noisy, but then all pressure washers are, but I find it manageable and because I can get the outdoors cleaning done so fast and accurately it's less time to listen to the noise - would have taken me easily 3 times longer with a traditional pres... I love it, it make me feel all good inside to see the dirt come off and so fast 🥰
Hands down the best desk/bedside table fan I've had. This (when it's not on warp speed setting) is so, so quiet it can barely be heard, even when it is it has a very gentle breeze sound to it. Not choppy at all, lovely smooth and calming breezes and with so many different control levels on this for direction as well as speed, it's amazing. I've had this on my desk, then I got one for my bedside table, then everyone in my house now has one next to their beds. Really cools you down without making you cold, the airflow is lovely. So because it feels like a natural breeze and it is super quiet, it doesn't set off my anxiety and my son who can usually hear anything electric says he can't hear it, so that's an added bonus. Such a fabulous little fan and it's always worth getting the ones that are designed to be super quiet if you just want mental peace 🤗🙌
Say GOODBYE to those electrical noises that only you and your pets can hear! It's no surprise that many neurodivergent people can hear the buzzing of electricity that others cannot hear. I have spoken to many in the neurodivergent community and hearing electricity is reported as being one of the most maddening things. Do yourself a huge favour and get a great EMF instrument such as this one. Then go around your home checking all your electrical items and if anything buzzes off the scale then either replace it or turn it off at the wall and that should reduce the frequency levels (the buzzing) that you find stressful. Quick tip: never have ‘smart’ lightbulbs connected to dimmer switches - these are very likely to cause the buzzing that drives you (and your pets) nuts. Either keep your dimmer switches and use non-smart light bulbs OR (like I did), get an electrician in to replace the dimmer switches for traditional flick up/down switches 🤗
Hands down the BEST keyboard I've ever used. This keyboard is absolutely beautifully balanced to look at, the keys feel soft to the touch, there's an incredibly relaxing almost silent click when a key is pressed, it's a soft dark grey colour so not harsh, and the gentle keyboard backlight means... It has a lovely ergonomic design to it so you can rest your wrists on the desk and use it safely. My OCD absolutely loves the fact that this is wireless so less clutter on the desk. Seriously, this keyboard and the matching mouse has made such a huge difference to the way I work. When you ensure all the items you have on your work desk are neurodivergent-friendly, the combination makes such a big difference towards mental calm and focus as there is less distraction to cause anxiety. Love, love, love this keyboard ❤️
I have RSI in my right hand and struggled to find a mouse that I liked the feel of as well as was ergonomically good for me. I don't like using large ergonomic mice and have quite small hands so came across the Logitech one. Oh it so great! Not felt any issues in my right hand when using it, I like the feel, the buttons have gentle clicks to them and the scroller feels good under the fingertips. Absolutely fabulous that it is wireless as my OCD means I need a super tidy desk so it is really pleasing for me all round. What a fantastic mouse, highly recommend (I also have the keyboard, which is magnificent too!) 🙌
The BEST head torch you never knew you needed. I have struggled for YEARS not being able to wear head torches as I've found them to be either too restrictive, too distracting, or the fabric to be irritating. But head torches are so much better than hand-held torches, particularly for anyone who i... I tried this particularly head torch and I was super at ease wearing it, the fabric didn't annoy me, and the light was incredibly bright in lighting up what was in front of me but didn't blind me at the same time - definitely able to tolerate wearing... Love it 🥳🫶
Such a fantastic squeezer! The fact is many neurodivergent people have co-ordination issues and trying to use a traditional lemon squeezer can be a complete hassle. Lemons flying everywhere, juice everywhere, the twisting motion is just difficult for some. I use a lot of lemons in cooking and for my drinks, so I needed something sturdy and easy to handle. This squeezer is fantastic. Pop half the lemon into it, use both hands to squeeze the levers closed (much easy to coordinate I find) and the lemon is totally juiced. I genuinely love this 🥰
THE best cat fountain I've come across. Not only is it super easy to keep clean and looks great, but it is sooooooo quiet. Some other cat fountains trickle (which is fine for some, but can drive some neurodivergent people crazy). This fountain just has a steady stream of water that doesn't make any noise (the water and the unit are super, super quiet) and my cats actually use it! So, I never need to worry if they are getting dehydrated, completely peace of mind 😌
Want to professionally brush your teeth but usually can't stand the traditional toothbrushes? Then this is for you. I have tried many electric toothbrushes over the years, and what I've been looking for is one that left my teeth feeling wonderfully clean, didn't hurt my gums, and also was quiet enough that it didn't set off my anxiety. It will make noise (I haven't found a superquiet electric toothbrush yet, definitely a gap in the market!) but it is manageable as when it's not in its highest setting, the gentle whirring is not stressful, and the brushing sensation (particularly on... I've found some other brushes have either not done the job, or are too loud, or too abrasive, this one is a fantastic addition. I'm also going to add a link to a wall mounted charger that is silent and will get those pesky toothbrush charging wires out of your bathroom (massively helpful not to have wire clutter for my other OCD people out there) 👏🏻
If you are OCD (like me), you will probably not want messy electric toothbrush charging wires in your perfectly organised bathroom (or anywhere else you charge your toothbrush!). Here we have the magnificent dual charging station. I recently had my bathroom painted and the guy doing it was a handyman too, so I asked him to replace the existing shaver charging socket with this socket. He said it was a super easy job. I now have my dual toothbrush charger mounted on my bathroom wall next to my mirror and there are NO wires and NO sound and it looks fantastic. I am so happy! Also, even if you love to live alone and only need one charging station (the single ones are available too), it's always worth getting a double one just in case you do end up in a couple but also if a guest stays and wants to charge up their toothbru... I can't tell you how much I love this addition to the bathroom, my OCD nerves are soothed by how wonderfully organised it is 🥰
