One of the biggest challenges that neurodivergent people find is clutter - having clutter around us is distracting for ADHD people and just adds to the ability to lose things, and is physically perilous for the dyspraxia folk. We also have mental clutter that we need to get out of our head and organise to lighten the mental load. Let's keep things organised for our mental peace and physical safety.
Tasks can be incredibly difficult to start and to finish for neurodivergent people. It helps hugely to plan what you need to do into little steps and to visualise that to help remind you of what you need to do and when. The best thing you can do to plan is to get it out of hour head and in front of your eyes 🙌
