Neurodivergent-Friendly Technology 🎧
Hands down the best microphone. There's no feedback from this, and no buzzing of electricity that only the neurodivergent seem to be able to hear, so your brain has barely anything to process with this piece of kit so it doesn't distract you as you speak your truth 👏🏻
Logitech Blue Yeti USB Microphone for PC, Mac
Fantastic little light that will light you up without the terrible glare. I know many of us neurodivergents can find bright lights really stressful and can cause anxiety, so I spent a long time finding one that most people across the spectrum will find does the job with as little irritation as possible. As it's got 3 different settings (cool, natural, and warm) and you can turn the brightness up and down easily- you can genuinely choose multiple light settings that work for you - absolutely love it and much more affordable than some of the less adap...
Video Conference Lighting Kit, Full Screen Ring
Say GOODBYE to those electrical noises that only you and your pets can hear! It's no surprise that many neurodivergent people can hear the buzzing of electricity that others cannot hear. I have spoken to many in the neurodivergent community and hearing electricity is reported as being one of the most maddening things. Do yourself a huge favour and get a great EMF instrument such as this one. Then go around your home checking all your electrical items and if anything buzzes off the scale then either replace it or turn it off at the wall and that should reduce the frequency levels (the buzzing) that you find stressful. Quick tip: never have ‘smart’ lightbulbs connected to dimmer switches - these are very likely to cause the buzzing that drives you (and your pets) nuts. Either keep your dimmer switches and use non-smart light bulbs OR (like I did), get an electrician in to replace the dimmer switches for traditional flick up/down switches 🤗
ERICKHILL EMF Meter, Rechargeable Digital
Hands down the best desk/bedside table fan I've had. This (when it's not on warp speed setting) is so, so quiet it can barely be heard, even when it is it has a very gentle breeze sound to it. Not choppy at all, lovely smooth and calming breezes and with so many different control levels on this for direction as well as speed, it's amazing. I've had this on my desk, then I got one for my bedside table, then everyone in my house now has one next to their beds. Really cools you down without making you cold, the airflow is lovely. So because it feels like a natural breeze and it is super quiet, it doesn't set off my anxiety and my son who can usually hear anything electric says he can't hear it, so that's an added bonus. Such a fabulous little fan and it's always worth getting the ones that are designed to be super quiet if you just want mental peace 🤗🙌
MYCARBON Silent Fan Electric Desk Fan
I have RSI in my right hand and struggled to find a mous🙌e that I liked the feel of as well as was ergonomically good for me. I don't like using large ergonomic mice and have quite small hands so came across the Logitech one. Oh it so great! Not felt any issues in my right hand when using it, I like the feel, the buttons have gentle clicks to them and the scroller feels good under the fingertips. Absolutely fabulous that it is wireless as my OCD means I need a super tidy desk so it is really pleasing for me all round. What a fantastic mouse, highly recommend (I also have the keyboard, which is magnificent too!) 🙌
Logitech MX Anywhere 3 Compact Performance Mouse
Hands down the BEST keyboard I've ever used. This keyboard is absolutely beautifully balanced to look at, the keys feel soft to the touch, there's an incredibly relaxing almost silent click when a key is pressed, it's a soft dark grey colour so not harsh, and the gentle keyboard backlight means... It has a lovely ergonomic design to it so you can rest your wrists on the desk and use it safely. My OCD absolutely loves the fact that this is wireless so less clutter on the desk. Seriously, this keyboard and the matching mouse has made such a huge difference to the way I work. When you ensure all the items you have on your work desk are neurodivergent-friendly, the combination makes such a big difference towards mental calm and focus as there is less distraction to cause anxiety. Love, love, love this keyboard ❤️
Logitech MX Keys Mini Minimalist Wireless Keyboard
Best sensory projector light for adults by far! There are plenty of neurodivergent children I know of who love this, but feedback to me has been that the adults, in particular, love the gorgeous projection. If you're wanting to whisk yourself away to another part of the galaxy for some serious mental relaxation, then this is the projector for you. Fantastic in any room in your house and particularly fabulous if you're wanting to do sleepovers or parties. Incredible ❤️
BlissLights Sky Lite - LED Star Projector
It's the best sensory light projector I've come across for kids! Not only does it project clearly, but it has the option of adding white noise to help with sleep, AND has loads of settings for you to alter the noise and brightness levels so you can adjust it perfectly to whatever you need. Kids will absolutely love this. But I also know many neurodivergent adults who use these in their own bedrooms, living and office spaces, and who find them incredibly calming as well as so, so beautiful to watch. I would love for every person to have one of these in their homes to relax with. These make awesome gifts 🥰
ibell LED Star Projector Night Light 3 in 1
Set absolutely any tone you want to match the mood you want to have (for example, setting lights to the colour that you know makes you happy, will help to change your mood towards being happy). If you don't want a bubble tube, fibre optics, galaxy projections, or a gently glittering disco ball lighting up your room, then this light tube is a fantastic option. It's super important for neurodivergent people to get the lighting right in their safe spaces as we are much more sensitive to light than a lot of other people. You can completely take control of your lighting with this and set it it one of almost endless colour choices. Highly recommend this for a corner of a room 🙌

Excellent footrest - really great for making you feel grounded and promotes good posture. I have tried others that have slipped around when on hard floors; this one stays put, so your mind does not need to give it any attention and you can focus on what you're doing. Neurodivergent-friendly fabric 👏🏻
ERGONOMIC INNOVATIONS Office Foot Rest Under Desk
Practical and TOUCHABLE business card holder. I have three of the the textured card holders and plan to get more (tip: if you have multiple card holders that carry your cards, then you can leave each one in the main bags/coats that you use so you don't have the added anxiety of searching for the... I have had many of my neurodivergent friends and family comment on how the texture looks great but also feels good under the fingertips. I'm sure the smooth option will be just as neurodivergent-friendly. It opens and closes firmly but gently without any clicking noises and will hold your fabulously neurodivergent-friendly business cards from Moo that you can find in another post. Would make a fab gift for your business friends 🎁🙌
Waylipun Business Card Holder, PU Leather & Steel
Absolutely the best small water bottle I've had. I'm super clumsy (always knocking things over/dropping them, much like my dypraxic friends), but I like to stay hydrated when I'm at my work desk so I needed a water bottle that felt good in my hand, wasn't slippery, and that I could drink from but w... This water bottle is fabulous. It has a super smooth texture that feels soft but slightly grippy so my mind registers its presence in my hand a little easier and I've found I drop this bottle less. It's lightweight but solid (from my own experience it bounces off the floor very well without creating a mess), wonderfully easy to drink out of (when I'm sat working or at the gym working out) and in lovely colours that don't frazzled the mind. Massive benefit that it's designed to hold pieces of fruit in the liquid too if you want to dress up your water. I love this water bottle, highly recommended for anyone in particular who struggles with certain textures, you should be ok with this one 👏🏻🫶
Hydracy Water Bottle with Time Marker - 500 ml
Really great organiser for all your bills and paperwork. Even though this is quite colourful, I found it easy on the eyes, the tabs were big, and there was loads of room to store paperwork so no anxiety filling it up. For those of us who are OCD, this should be quite soothing as the bottom as well as the top expands so its main body design is wonderfully symmetrical. This will likely help those particularly with ADHD to capture all those bits of paper you scribble your thoughts on but then in danger of losing and forgetting about. Fabulous essential item for your home, office, and for the children who want somewhere to stash their little bits of artwork 🎨👏🏻
ThinkTex Accordian File Organiser, 26 Pockets
Fabulous magentic planner. If your memory is not great or have a hectic household (both apply to me) then this is fantastic to have stuck to your fridge door. This has been massively helpful in planning for family dinners for the week ahead (that then makes it easier to create a shopping list based on the planned meals), it means other family members can add notes to it about any important happening in the... This is great for helping to capture the important things for the week ahead and will make you feel much more calmer and less anxious that you've forgotten something if you can see it written down in big letters stuck to the fridge! 🥳🫶
Scribble Magnetic Whiteboard Fridge Calendar
One of the kindest thing a neurodivergent person can do for themself is to get what's in their head onto paper to relieve cognitive load. Us neurodivergent people have to work so hard to process our environment and find it so easy to get distracted and to suffer memory problems, that writing stuff down is really the way to go. I find that these Pukka pads are fantastic. They stay together very well (no sheets dropping out unexpectedly and getting lost), flexible design, the paper is smooth to the touch so unlikely to cause any anxiety, it's great quality paper so not going to smudge everywhere and annoy anyone that ... Plus the pads are not heavy so you can easily pop one in your work/school bag but there's plenty of pages so you can capture everything in one place that you need. I love these pads, they're so durable and friendly to use, highly recommended 🫶🏽
Pukka Pad, A4 Metallic Jotta Book 3 Pack, Green
The ultimate in fidget toys for helping reduce stress and increase focus. If your budget can stretch to this and you only want one fidget toy to take with you wherever you go, then this is it. I find it helps me (and everyone in my family…we are all neurodivergent with cognitive variations…some with two or three!) to feel chilled out and attentive. I find this really helps when I'm on zoom calls for lengths of time that need me to focus or in high stimulation environments. You will not want to put this down, and that's absolutely ok, that's what it's there for, to help with your mental peace. This really is a game-changer, I hope it brings you as much clarity and calm as it does for us ❤️
ONO Roller - Handheld Fidget Toy for Adults
Fabulous humidifier that can help neurodivergent anxiety! Many neurodivergent people are highly sensitive to their environment and need fresh air. However, when the colder months mean we seal up our home to drafts, the heating can then dry out the air, which can be very irritating to the skin and eyes. I suffered for years and then found this super quiet and super effective humidifier that I use in quite a large open living/dining room. It silently mists the air and keeps the room to a wonderfully comfortable 50 degrees (my preferred setting, but you can change this up or down) and my plants that are busy purifying my air and calming my senses are absolutely thriving as their leaves... Absolutely love this. Once you have one, you'll wonder how you coped all those years before! 🥳
Memory issues are a big problem for many neurodivergent people, and for those with ADHD (me!) we can have so many things going on in our minds at the same time. One of the things that helps to reduce mental overload is to do a ‘cognitive offload’, to write down and get out of your head what's in your mind. This whiteboard is the perfect size to hang up anywhere you have space and to capture all of those things that are buzzing around in your head. It will help to clear your mind, capture all your thoughts, help you to organise those thoughts, and to plan from them. Absolutely essential to reduce anxiety ❤️
Magnetic Whiteboard Silver Aluminium Frame
I could write endless paragraphs about this. It's an absolute game-changer for anyone who has organisation problems, memory issues, loses notes, and who just want to move away from using endless note pads. If you love your tech and making your life easier, then the ReMarkable 2 is amazing.
I used a friends and fell in love with it. I now have my own and it is incredible.
Super easy to learn to use, feels great in the hands, feels like you're writing on paper and so cool to have all your scribbles, lists, documents and everything else connected automatically to your computer, so anything you jot down on the go is sync...
Love this 100% and totally neurodivergent friendly due to the matt colours, matt surface, soft texture, lack of noise, and super helpful if your neurodivergence needs a helping hand ❤️
