Here are my favorite hard liquors that I like to have by themselves or put them in a mixer.

Flavored
Flavored spirits that are different than their original versions. Most of these can be enjoyed on their own or can be put in mixers for a punch of flavor. Some also have a dessert taste 😋
Green apple flavored whiskey? Sounds a little odd, but it actually tastes good! You can have it as a kind of dessert shot or mix it with a pop.
Crown Royal Regal Apple
Peach whiskey for the win! It's on the sweeter side and goes well mixed with soda.
Crown Royal Peach
This stuff is dangerously good! It tastes like liquid butterscotch and is definitely a dessert type of shot. You can drink it straight, which makes it so dangerous 😋
Dr McGillicuddy's Butterscotch Liqueur
If you love cherry you'll love this liquor. Goes great with Coca-Cola or a Cherry Coke - with cherries 🍒

Unflavored
Unflavored liquors: original, no-fuss flavor profiles that have been enjoyed for decades (sometimes centuries).
Great clear rum that goes well with all sorts of mixers: pop, fruity drinks, or straight. Try it in a piña colada!
Bacardi Superior Rum
Classic Crown Royal whiskey. This great original whiskey flavor can be drank as a shot or mixed with a pop.
Crown Royal
I love this stuff! Made from almonds, it has a smooth and slightly sweet profile. You can drink it straight.
Classic Jack Daniel's! I sometimes have this as a shot, over "rocks" (not ice, but chilled stone cubes), or mixed with Diet Pepsi. It has a slight burn but mostly smooth and has a great flavor.
Jack Daniel's Tennessee Whiskey - 1.75L Bottle
A classic Irish whiskey choice. Can be done as shots (careful 😳), or mixed with soda pop. I love it in an Irish Mule.
Jameson Irish Whiskey
Tito's is a solid choice for vodka. Clear and pretty tasteless so you can combine it with all sorts of drinks and flavors.
