21+ this is a blast with a group of friends! The event is October 31st through November 1st, and tickets are only $13 right now! Totally worth it for that low price.
Dallas Halloween Bar Crawl
21+ Fun way to spend a night with friends or a date night! Adults only, but it's such a fun immersive experience with yummy drinks!
House of Spirits: A Haunted Cocktail Soirée - Dallas
My favorite local bakery that also happens to LOVE Halloween! They always have the most creative ideas and decorations. They even won a James Beard award!
La Casita Bakeshop
They also make fun Halloween and Autumn-inspired treats! Definitely check them out if you're in the area. Super yummy!

These are fun things to do that are mostly outdoors.
My favorite place to go in the fall! There are SO MANY PUMPKINS! It's amazing just to walk around and take pictures. I recommend going early to avoid the crowds and heat. This is from September 20th through November 3rd 2025.
Autumn at the Arboretum
This is such a fun experience, with so many illuminated hand-carved pumpkins!! They also have food, games, and so many opportunities for cute photos! September 19th through November 3rd 2025.
Howell Family Farms
My favorite pumpkin patch in this area! They also have a corn maze and hay rides for the family! So much fun, and very affordable. They will open up for the season on October 3rd, 2025.
Hall's Pumpkin Farm and Corn Maze
Located at Six Flags, this event is super fun for families! They have spooky rides, costumes, and scare zones! From September 12th through November 2nd 2025.
Fright Fest Dallas | Six Flags Over Texas
While this isn't spooky, it's a fun free event to celebrate the fullest moon of the year! There's food, performances, and a lantern parade! It will be from October 3rd through the 5th 2025.
Asia Times Square
This is a fun ghost tour to go with friends! You can learn about the creepy history of the city with a costumed tour guide.
Dallas Terrors Haunted Ghost Tour
Indoors
The go-to haunted house in the DFW area!! It opens September 19th through Halloween this year.
Dark Hour Haunted House
This is a great indoor exhibit and party for 21+ during Halloween weekend! If you have kids, you can still bring them during the daytime to experience the Meow Wolf art exhibit. Super fun way to spend a few hours!
Meow Wolf Cosmic Howl Halloween Event
Awesome place to play arcade games with friends or family! They always decorate for Halloween, and often do a special discount on the 31st! If you want to spend time indoors, I highly recommend this place.
