Various hair tools I like to use! A wide-tooth comb is essential for anyone with curls.
My favorite wide-tooth comb! It's easy to clean and easily fits into my purse.
The Slider Wide Tooth Comb
The only hair dryer I've used that doesn't make my hair damaged and frizzy. It's worth every penny, I promise! I use the diffuser attachment daily to help with waves/curls.
Dyson Hair Dryer | Dyson Supersonic™
This is a great comb if you want the hook to hang it in the shower! Similar to the DryBar one, but with a hook.
OUIDAD Wide-tooth Comb
This is kind of extra, but I love using this 1-2 times a week. It makes my scalp feel extra clean. Use gently!

These are really comfy scrunchies that prevent breakage and frizz. Highly recommend these rather than traditional ones.

Once a week, I use this clarifying shampoo. It helps get rid of any buildup from products and dead skin. More on the pricey side, but I love it!

This is a more budget-friendly option for clarifying shampoo. It still gets the job done! Only needed once a week.

Conditioner
Conditioner is essential as well; I prefer to use both a regular conditioner and a leave-in.
Pairs well with the shampoo to give me an extra soft bounce! Make sure to use a comb in the shower after applying this.
Hy Volume Conditioner
Good option for leave-in conditioner. I apply this while in the shower, after regular conditioner. Brush with a wide-tooth comb to ensure it's evenly distributed.
Curl Talk Leave-In Conditioner
This is a great volumizing conditioner to pair with the Odele clarifying shampoo.
Volumizing Conditioner
This is a more affordable conditioner that pairs with the shampoo. You can find this pretty much anywhere too.
EverPure Sulfate-Free Restoring Conditioner with Antioxidants
This is *the* best mask for hydrating my fine, frizzy hair. I use it for about 5-10 minutes once a week, and it's always very noticeable after. It lasts me months since it's a pretty generous tub.
Food For Soft Rich Hydrating Treatment Mask
Oil
The last step in the routine is always an oil. These options are very lightweight but still provide the shine you want.
This is a more lightweight version of their hair oil, which is perfect if you have more fine hair. A little goes a long way, the the price is justified!
Moroccanoil Treatment Light
I use this when I'm going to do a blowout. It provides extra shine when my hair is looking a bit dull.

This bonding oil is great for frizz and split ends. It helps provide heat protection as well, and makes my hair so shiny! I only use about 2 drops for my fine hair.

Gel
Gel is very helpful for wavy hair, since it really helps hold the curls. Scrunch it out once it has been fully set.
Affordable gel that is the most important step in defining waves for me personally. This is a non-negotiable! It helps with frizz and does not weigh my hair down like most other gel products.
Curl Talk Sculpting Gel
This is a more expensive gel, but it does wonders to my hair. I use it before a diffuser, and I've noticed the most definition in my waves by far. As always, you scrunch after it is completely dry to get rid of any crunch.

This is a great mini set of curl products to try before you buy the larger sizes. This is what I used when I first started testing different products to help define my waves. It would also make a great gift for any curly/wavy person!

Mousse
Mousse can be used on its own or with the gel. Both options are very lightweight as well.
This leave-in mousse is so lightweight and does not make my hair all stiff. It provides heat protection as well.
