Christmas is undoubtedly our favorite holiday of the year. It holds a special place in our hearts as a time of togetherness, joy, and gratitude. What makes it truly magical is the array of festive decorations that adorn our home, instantly transforming it into a winter wonderland. From twinkling lights that dance on the tree to the nostalgic ornaments collected over the years, the house is filled with the spirit of the season. The scent of freshly baked cookies and the sound of classic carols playing in the background create an enchanting atmosphere that brings warmth and cheer to our hearts. It's a time to celebrate traditions, exchange gifts, and most importantly, share love and laughter with those we hold dear.

In life we all want to be able to stay healthy, enjoy foods that give us pleasure. We are both very good cooks and about 95% of what we do is made at home. We aim to have lots of vegetable's, meats and starches'. Do we order in or go out to eat? Yes we do, but we do our best to find foods we like, we plan the week ahead so we can make sure we have everything we need or get items out of the freezer the day before. It is not hard to plan. We hope to build this site with options to help you and your family's enjoy great food with limited stress on you!

We all want to feel better and enjoy good health. Not just for us but for our kids and later in retirement as we take time to enjoy our time. Health and Wellness is more than just the gym, or the foods you might eat. It is a mindset of all these things. We have spent time working to improve our health including building our very own home gym and focus on in home cooking. Not to say we do not enjoy takeout or other not so good things but all in moderation.

My wife and I are both amazing cooks (No not chefs) she is also a great bake form home mom. Many of her co-workers and friends look forward to each Christmas to get fresh home baked goods. We have many a tool to allow us to make a large sampling of great home cooked and healthy dishes. I hope you find some of the items we use of value.
