This is such a fun read! The dark humor of Lucy is so deeply relatable. Yeah, it’s a book about murder, but Lucy feels like such a real person with her dry humor & snark. This one actually got my heart racing a few times.

THE TWISTS!!! I could’ve never predicted this book. The build up is crazy & then you get so many insane twists and turns in the last few chapters. They just keep coming!
The Only One Left: A Novel by Riley Sager, Paperback
This is a really slow build up. I actually hesitated to even recommend cause I was SO annoyed with the anxiety & paranoia of the main character in the first half. But it is worth it!

Went into this with absolutely no idea it was about vampires. Big shock! But a pleasant surprise. I didn’t love this as much as The Invisible Life of Addie LaRue, but still a solid read from Schwabb.

You do not have to enjoy the musical to fall in love with this twisted love story. The mystery & thrill as you follow Christine through the opera house & beyond is so perfect for the season.

I stumbled onto this book while at a secondhand shop & I fell in love. If you’re a music fan, especially punk, I highly recommend this book. It’s a gorgeous coming of age told through this amazing musical lens that just makes me feel so cozy.
