I love Passion Planners! They are expensive, but if you're looking for a new physical or digital planner, give them a try. The cool thing about them, is they have so many FREE PDFs that you can try out their planner before you actually buy it.

A 6 pack seems crazy, but as someone who crafts and collages a lot, it's come in handy. I also have them all over the place (my pencil pouch, my car, my office, etc.). These work well, and they are my go to.
BIC Wite Out Brand EZ Correct Correction Tape
I love the sleekness of these erasers. I used to carry the regular pink eraser, but these fit more nicely into my pencil pouch. They also don't break easily when you use it to erase.
