Where to eat and drink well in Lexington, Kentucky. I live here and I like nice things

My absolute favorite in Lex. Their apps can be a small meal if needed and there's something for everyone. Amazing brunch as well.
East End Tap and Table
Their happy hour is arguably best in Lex in terms of prices and what's included. I recommend the bbq carrot and the tallow fries.
Epping's on Eastside
Their cafe is only open Fridays 11-2, but it's some of the best fried rice I've ever had. Their main business is “feeding your people” via nourishing premade soups, salads, and meat dishes. They also pay staff incredibly well. They can be found at Gr...
Nourished Folks
A hidden speakeasy inside a glassblowing studio on Walton. Lovely decor, great cocktails (though they're on the expensive side).
Trifecta: Glass – Art – Lounge
Open-secret speakeasy on Constitution St. Reservations required. Dark wood, hushed vibes.
Constitution - Lexington, KY - Tock
Nearby Drake's and Malone's (sister restaurants) get all the hype, but I love OBC. Their craft cocktails are amazing and anything I order food-wise has been great.
OBC Kitchen
The name feels misleading – this is absolutely a full-on restaurant. The Sri Lankan food is amazing, if a bit on the pricey side.
Tuk Tuk Snack Shop
Very authentic French restaurant that is, oddly enough, famous for their margaritas. Get the duck. Trust me on this.
Le Deauville
Yes, this is in nearby Versailles, but it's not to be missed. Cozy atmosphere, great cocktails, friendly staff.
Amsden Bourbon Bar
I've considered this “my local” for quite some time, and I've roped my partner into that as well. Super friendly bartenders. The food runs on the fried, pub-fare side, so keep that in mind. The fish and chips are good, though.
Ethereal Brewing Public House
Best pizza in Lex and it's not close. Check out their bagels on weekends as well. As someone from the Northeast, I have high standards for both, and Pearl's exceeds them. Love the vibes as well.
Pearl's Pizza
My favorite coffee shop in Lex. Such nice staff who care about their work, and you often see the owner/manager putting in work, which is a great sign. Also nice to have local coffee in the mall!
Old School Coffee
My next favorite coffee shop in Lex. Super central location and the vibes are immaculate. Great variety of flavors for coffee and/or Italian soda.
The Greenery: Coffee + Social Space
Elevated Southern food. A Ouita Michel-owned joint is always a good bet and this one in the Summit shopping center delivers.
