I love using good quality cast iron. If you take care of it, you will have it for life.
I LOVE my cast iron pans. Yes, they can be a little pricey, but the quality is what you are buying. I would rather one great pan than 5 cheap pans that ruin the food cooked in them.

Clear food canisters are wonderful to have in the kitchen. You can see what is in them. They are sealed, they keep the food safe from bugs, and they keep them fresh.
