FIVE STARS! My absolute top read of 2024, I wish I could reread this for the first time. If you like twists, this book is for you.

A fictional Ted Bundy retelling! This book had such an interesting POV on a story any true crime fan will know.
Bright Young Women: A Novel|Hardcover
One of my fav reads of 2025! It's like Love Island meets Lord of the Flies. It definitely falls under the psychological thriller category. It's very dystopian.
The Compound (GMA Book Club Pick)|Hardcover
This is one of those books you think you have figured out but you absolutely don't. The sequel is really good too!

This book is WILD. My jaw literally dropped every other page. It was a bit predictable but I still really enjoyed it.

I hate to say cute when talking about a thriller but this is such a cute and twisty holiday read! I'm a sucker for a relevant theme so I highly recommend reading this during the holidays.
The Most Wonderful Crime of the Year: A Novel|Paperback
I love this series! If you're in a slump, this is a great one to get you out. I know the casting gets mixed reviews, but I'm still excited for the movie to come out.
The Housemaid|Paperback
This one kept me on my toes! It's a series but this one is definitely my favorite. It's a high school thriller so another easy, quick read to get you out of a slump. The show was done really well, the casting is top tier.

Think The Real Housewives but with murder. I simply could not put this one down!

Another great psychological thriller! This one was very much giving “Don't Worry Darling” but with the women in charge.

I wasn't sure if I should put this in the romance or thriller section here, it's the perfect combo of both! If you like thrillers and spicy books, this is 100% for you.
My Killer Vacation: A Novel|Paperback
Lisa Jewell is one of my favorite thriller writers. She never misses and this is another example of that! I truly could not figure this one out.

This book is too cute! If you love celebrity fan fiction, you will eat this up. It's loosely based on a real-life interview.

Basically an SNL cast member falls in love with a celebrity guest. This one is so cute, I read it in a day!
Romantic Comedy (Reese's Book Club)|Paperback
I'm an Emily Henry girl through and through but this is by far my favorite one from her! I'm holding out for Dylan O'Brien to be cast as Miles in the movie.

The entire series is a must-read, even the spin-offs! This is a spicy hockey romance and the characters truly just draw you in. I can't wait for the TV show to come out.

#2 in the Emily Henry world for me but still a 5-star read! This book is heartbreaking but in the best way.

Hollywood “it girl” meets small town fisherman. I was sold from the start. It's so cute but also spicy. I think this one is getting a movie too!

I love a good memoir. It's always so interesting to read about the real lives of celebrities I'm always seeing in the tabloids. I usually like to listen to these as audiobooks, especially if the author is narrating!
If you're a Gilmore Girls fan, you'll love this. It was so interesting to learn more about Kelly Bishop's life before the show.
The Third Gilmore Girl: A Memoir|Hardcover
One Tree Hill fans, this is for you. Bethany Joy Lenz has a truly wild story. She doesn't talk a ton about the show itself but she does highlight what was happening in her personal life behind the scenes!
Dinner for Vampires: Life on a Cult TV Show (While also in an Actual Cult!)|Hardcover
iCarly fans, this one is for you! Jeanette's story is absolutely heartbreaking. I'm so glad she was able to find an outlet within this book to highlight her experiences.
I'm Glad My Mom Died|Hardcover
Britney Spears can do no wrong in my book and this is just another example of that. It was so interesting to learn about her childhood and her experience with her conservatorship.
The Woman in Me|Hardcover
Julia Fox is beyond entertaining. I loved learning more about her life and her journey to fame. She's so raw and unfiltered and that comes through in the book.
Down the Drain|Paperback
His story is so entertaining and cool to read about. This one is a must for an audiobook! Matthew just has one of those instantly recognizable voices.

I'm not typically a sci-fi or fantasy reader but I do have a few favs from the genre!
This was SO good - going to be a movie soon too! Outside of my usual genre but I really enjoyed this one. I highly recommend the audiobook. You'll understand when you hear it!
