Epres is the top bond repair treatment that Abbey recommends. This comes as a kit where you diffuse the refillable vials with water and then spray on dry, unwashed hair. Leave it in for at least 10 minutes (you can go longer!) and then wash it out.

Step 2. Pre-Shampoo Oil Treatment (optional)

Applying an oil treatment before your hair wash helps to restore damaged hair that is prone to dryness and tangling. This will help to keep your hair smooth and hydrated, without looking stringy.

This is recommended for thicker hair types. This oil is a little thicker than the previous, so it will be more effective on thick, coarser hair. Apply to dry hair, mid-lengths to ends, at least 20 mins before showering.
