Definitely worth the hype. As everyone says the line does tend to get pretty long but the wait for the matcha is so worth it.

Maru Coffee
While known for their “World Famous Iced Vanilla Latte”, Alfred Coffee also has such a good vanilla matcha. A classic go to spot for me.

One of the best matchas I have had in a long time. There are so many interesting kinds to choose from but I recommend the Fig and Vanilla matcha. So so good.
Yala Coffee
Not only is this the cutest matcha place I have ever been too (such cute pink decor), it had such a good matcha. I got a strawberry matcha and it did not disappoint.
Cha Cha Matcha (VENICE)
I got an iced matcha and added honey for sweetness and it was so delicious. I have yet to try any of their food items but they all look super good and I look forward to going back and trying them.
Civil Coffee
While this is a full restaurant, the matcha I got here was sooo good. I got an iced matcha and added honey for sweetness. Definitely worth getting!
Beachwood Cafe
Such a cute spot to grab a matcha. I ordered their iced mango matcha and it was so so good. They also have a frozen matcha which would be so good to try over summer!
