Nasal Rinses
You’ll likely need to do multiple nasal rinses a day for several weeks! The squeeze bottle one was the one my surgeon recommended. I had to order three in total to get more salt packets.
Post-op instructions required nasal rinses 5x per day, this is the easiest and cleanest one.
MAOEVER Neti Pot Sinus Rinse Bottle 300ML
You’ll need so much distilled water for your nasal rinses. Buying in bulk will save money. Only use distilled water, NOT tap water, for nasal rinses!
Pure Life Distilled Water, 1 Gallon, 6 Ct
This is also a good nasal rinse option! My doctor recommended this one as well.
NeilMed Sinus Rinse Complete Kit, 50 Ct
Ice Packs
These help to relive sinus pain and pressure, which could get bad especially if your sinuses were operated on.
To help reduce swelling.
Nose Ice Pack, Reusable Gel Cold Pack
I needed these to help with the pain/pressure in my sinuses and below my eyes.
Gel Ice Pack Reusable Cooling Eye Pads
Pillows
Your sleeping position will likely be unnatural the first few nights. I had to sleep sitting upright in a recliner for over a week, and these pillows/heated pads were the only things that helped me get a little sleep.
This was seriously the only way I could sleep at night sometimes. The sinus pain resolves with this and it just needs a quick microwave!
Atsuwell Sinus Mask Warm Cold Compress
I used a recliner to sleep in after surgery, but if you don’t have one, this would be helpful to keep your head elevated
6PCS Wedge Pillow Set for Surgery & Pain Relief
You’ll most likely have to sleep in a recliner for a few days after surgery, this helped keep my neck straight and was the only way I could get sleep those first few nights!

Miscellaneous
The random things that you don’t really think of until you need them. I went through hundreds of qtips an I’m not best friends with my humidifier!
They never give you enough gauze and tape from the hospital, so this was helpful because I was still bleeding for several days after the procedure. You can also cut the length on these to fit your face a little better.
Patelai 20 Pcs Elastic External Nasal Bandage
These were good to use on the face after nasal rinses and to prevent infection.
Winner Soft 100% USDA Biobased Face Towels, 300ct x3
A warm humidifier helped me the most but having the option for cold was helpful too. The best way to prevent pain is to have a warm, moist room.
LEVOIT Smart Warm & Cool Mist Humidifier 4.5L
These were a necessity when doing my nasal rinses and getting the gunk out of my nose.
