The food and vibes in here are both top tier. Will be returning many times as the service is so good and every course was delicious.

This is my favourite place to get matcha in Canterbury - each is handmade, the syrups are delicious and the vibe inside is so cosy and cute! I love the courtyard area I literally go here weekly
Chiya
I love the Beano cafe. It’s cheap, the food comes quickly and it’s delicious and filling. Would recommend to any students or person in general who wants a nice cheap bite to eat!

I love getting drinks from here, the matcha is handmade and delicious. Yet to try the food but it looks super yummy!

A little on the expensive side but I love coming in here even for a browse - the vibes are immaculate and they do an incredible choc croissant

Super convenient and cheap for students, genuinely does a banging breakfast - I loveeeeee going here on my uni breaks!!

Indie rock night is the best night out in canterbury it’s literally better than every other club in town by a mileeee

Superior spoons in town this one is so much nicer than big spoons, perfect for cheap pre drinks every time
The West Gate Inn - JD Wetherspoon
A bit of an expensive choice, however the experience in both westgate and riverside cinemas is so lovely, the food and drink selection is great and just the vibe in the building is so superior to any other!

Super fun and different for a night out, loads of fun games to choose from! Also has some really good student deals on - I’ve had free mini golf games, 2 for 1 cocktails and 10% off deals which are all really helpful for a night out on a tighter budg...
Boom Battle Bar Canterbury
I really believe there is no better way to see Canterbury than via river tour - the city is so rich in history and full of beautiful buildings, couldn’t recommend this more!

This pub is pretty nice, on the high street so can get quite busy. Food is nice and good drinks selection but so expensive tbh compared to a lot of equally nice pubs
The Cricketers
This is one of my favourite pubs in canterbury - the staff are friendly, atmosphere is nice and they have student discount and deals on drinks!
