The Front Steps

The planters I used on my front steps this summer to add a colorful, welcoming touch to the entrance. A mix of flowers and greenery that filled out the space and made the front of the house feel bright and summery.

The orange zinnia goes right in the middle of the pot. Zinnias grow big and fast so it doesnt take much time at all for it to fill the empty space.

I make sure to get a bright pink vinca to add to the rim of the planter. The bright orange of the zinnia and the bright pink work so well with the black planter.

To break up the bright and heavy colors I layered in some dusty miller. I made sure the zinna was in the middle of the pot and the vinca and miller lined the rim in a repeating pattern. Everything grew so full and colorful.

By the Door

Tall planters placed on either side of the front door to add height and color to the entrance. I used a mix of upright flowers and trailing greenery to fill the planters and create a full, welcoming look all summer long.

Infront of the Garage

Big, colorful planters that add height, volume, and lots of flowers in front of the garage. I love using a mix of tall ornamental grasses and bright, overflowing flowers to create a full, eye-catching look that lasts all summer.

In the Rock Garden
