Bras
You’ll want a bra that doesn’t restrict your breasts. It’s best to find something that will let your chest breathe- and give you the support you need. Remember to size up- especially if you’re going to use a portable pump!
Soft, stretchy and breathable. I loved these and how accessible *everything* was without all the clips.
Nursing Bras
You’ll want the hole for hands free pumping with your speCtra. Otherwise, you’ll hold the pumps for 20 mins plus. At least this way you can scroll through your phone, or eat a snack as you pump.
Rumina Racerback Hands Free Pump&Nurse Bra

Only the essentials that you’ll need to keep clean without too much hassle.
You’ll need a brush to get into all the nooks and crannies! You can’t skip this one unfortunately. I like that the dr brown brush comes with a suction holder- that way I know it hasn’t fallen over onto the counter (when was the last time I wiped that...
Dr. Brown's Deluxe Baby Bottle Brush
I just used regular dish soap and warm water to clean pump parts and bottles. I periodically boiled them to sanitize. Skip the fancy and expensive bottle soap. It’s not really necessary. This is what they told me to use at the hospital!
Dish Soap in Dishwashing(1000+)
You’ll need it for all the pump and bottle parts. Trust.
Dr. Brown's Bottle Drying Tower

You’ll want something to put your liquid gold in!
Love that these are glass! Less micro plastics for the win!
Matyz 4-Pack 6oz Pink Breast Milk Bottles
Don’t forget these if you’re looking to start a frozen stash! Also, make sure your milk tastes ok after freezing! I had so many frozen milk bags but they tasted SO bad after freezing, I just tossed them and stopped focusing on building a stash. Some ...
Milk Storage Bags
Going somewhere? Don’t pump and dump! Take your lunch box with a built in ice pack out of the freezer and pop in the breast milk until you’re ready to refrigerate or freeze.
Freezable

Please have snacks that you can grab and eat while you’re busy. You’ll be glad you have something quick to eat when the breastfeeding appetite hits.
