If your idea of celebrating Halloween has less to do with kiddies and candies and more about the beauty of the night, then this list is for you!

Menopause arrived during the hardest time in my life and the combo really hit me hard. It was a rough ride for a couple of years but these are some of the things that are getting me through.

Halloween is my favorite holiday! Yes, there are a lot of lists out there with Halloween loves out there but these are mine.

During the lockdown, I fostered three feral black kitten littermates. Three years later, my kitty coven are still with me and luxuriating in their forever home. Of course, I am now obsessed with anything black cat related. Spooky or silly, I love it all.

Comics are perfect if you want a good story to get lost in but don't have the time for a full book. And then you get the bonus of beautiful artwork! But if you're not in a comic book store every week, choosing one can seem overwhelming. These are ones I've really enjoyed - from the big companies like DC and Marvel to the indies, these are some of my favorites. I'll continue to add!

Why does pumpkin spice have to be seasonal? If you love it, enjoy it all year round!
