Birth recovery
These are some of the things I used and loved while recovering from a vaginal birth!
The ones the hospital gives you are fine, but these are more comfortable! I used these for probably 10 days until the bleeding slowed down
Frida Mom Postpartum Disposable Boyshorts
Trust me - this is 100% necessary. Much better than the one from the hospital
Frida Mom Upside Down Peri Bottle Postpartum
These are my favorite once the bleeding has slowed down. Organic cotton feels so much better to me!
Rael Organic Cotton Regular Pads Unscented 56
These are nice for the first couple of days. I didn’t use them past that but some people swear by them! I’d say try the hospital ones and if you love, get these for at home!
Frida Mom 2-in-1 Postpartum Ice Maxi Pads
These are great for right away. More absorbent than the regular and still organic cotton!
Rael Organic Cotton Pads, Ultra Thin, 24ct
You can get some at the hospital but you’ll probably need more!!
Dermoplast Pain, Burn & Itch Relief Spray 2.75oz
Must have for recovery after vaginal birth
TUCKS Medicated Cooling Pads, 100 Count
This was nice to add to my diapers in the early pp days!
Frida Mom Witch Hazel Perineal Healing Foam 5oz
Breastfeeding
I’ve used all of these in early breastfeeding days and still use some of them 14 months into my breastfeeding journey!
These are amazing for when your milk is coming in or you feel a clog coming on
Legendairy Milk Sunflower Lecithin 1200mg
Works amazing for cracked and sore nipples. Clean ingredients!
Earth Mama Organic Nipple Butter, 2 oz
I promise you want these. Get this brand, they are worth it
SILVERETTE® Original Silver Nursing Cups
Unfortunately you need this…..
Colace 2-In-1 Stool Softener & Laxative, 30 Ct
These are so soft and easy to pull to the side for nursing in the early days
