PSA:  Of course, everyone's skin may react differently to these products, and they may not work for everyone. For reference, I have combo skin, but tends to be more oily especially in the T-zone. That being said, my skin is extremely sensitive and prone to...

This stuff is the bomb dot com. Works wonders for my adult acne.

It's available over the counter most places, but FYI if you are in Canada you will need a prescription to get it here. (Or you can just order it from the iherb.com website, which is what I normally do because its A LOT cheaper. In Canada, the prescription will cost you like $180+, which is insane. Costs me just $30 when I buy it from iherb and it's legit the exact same product!
Differin Gel - Adapalene Retinoid Acne Treatment

Definitely one of the better spot treatments for hormonal acne I have tried that doesn't completely dry my skin out and make it flaky and gross. Also never any pilling even if you apply makeup on top of it.  Best part is that it even works on those super deep pimples that you cant even see but hurt like a motherf**er!

Hydrating Moisturizers Without the Breakouts

Finding a good moisturizer when you have acne is a pain in the ass, lets be real.
My skin is on the oilier side, and I still get dry skin patches sometimes too, especially in the winter. Its next to impossible to find something that works without breaking me out, or making me look like an oil slick after an hour.  BUT I have found that these products work great for keeping my skin hydrated year round - and clear.

Being acne prone with super sensitive skin kept me away from using chemical exfoliants for a long time, as I thought they would be way too harsh. But this one from Sunday Riley does the trick, and I legit saw a noticeable difference in my skins textu...

These work amazingly well to draw out any gunk from your pimple, and if you are prone to picking they help stop that as well. But they do also cost a small fortune, especially if you go through the pack really fast.

(Check my list for an alternative brand, that isn't as well known, but is much cheaper, and I find works just as well.)
Mighty Patch™ Original Pimple Patch | 36 Count - Hero Cosmetics

This stuff helps reduce pimples overnight, especially the deep cystic ones. But be warned, do NOT put it on any open pimples as it burns like a motherf****.

(Also you don't need to shake the bottle - the pink stuff is supposed to settle at the bottom, and then you use a q tip to kind of scoop a bit out. )
