THE BEST local Italian restaurant in this county! Now located in the Ritz building, they are family owned and operated. They hand make their pasta and every dish is superb! My favorite cocktail is the Citrus Martini!

My favorite city park to go walking through the Redwoods. It's next to the zoo and has a playground for kids.
Sequoia Park
Bridges 100 feet above the forest floor! This is in the Sequioa Park Zoo. Super beautiful and a fun experience for my adventurous friends.
Redwood Sky Walk at Sequoia Park Zoo
One of my favorite trails along Humboldt Bay. You can walk, bike, run, skate, or scooter your way along some beautiful waterfront trails. It seperates you from the busy highway and you can safely travel from one city to the next without a car!

My city is home to Dick Taylor Chocolates, a world renowned, high-end crafted chocolate. Their store and factory is so beautiful with plenty of charm and treats!

Local spot with good coffee, food, and occasuonal live music. I loved hanging out here when I was a student and needed a cozy space to study and stay caffeinated.

I love this place! It's so stunning and charming. Each room is unique and I feel like royalty when I stay here. They have tea time in the evenings and serve you breakfast in the dining room each morning.
The Gingerbread Mansion: Home
Victorian-style rooms upstairs, many with bay windows that overlook Old Town. I've attended many amazing New Years Eve and Halloween parties in their gorgeous event space. They also two attached restaurants and bars. Very fun, historic gem.

Cute little Bed and Breakfast in Trinidad, Ca. We stayed here on an anniversary stay-cation and it was quite cozy. Has great views overlooking Trinidad Bay!
