From the architecture and location to the amenities and hospitality, I’d recommend this boutique hotel over and over!
A BEAUTIFUL modern, design-forward boutique hotel that feels sleek but not stuffy. We stayed in the King Suite, which came with a soaking tub, double sinks, a separate sitting area, and a balcony overlooking the courtyard. The rooftop pool and cabana...

Eating your way through CDMX is a non-negotiable. Here are some favorites that have us wanting to go back already.
Our first and last meal of the trip. The ribeye taco? Life-changing. So good we doubled back before flying out. When we arrived there was a 35 minute wait and I see why this place is packed! Even the locals were happy waiting. If you get nothing else...
La Once Mil
In my humble opinion, it's worth the hype! The guava roll is a must, and fresh juice made for the perfect morning pick-me-up.
Panadería Rosetta
The Barra de Tacos Tasting Menu was an 8-course omakase that felt like a love letter to tradition and reinvention. Such a phenomenal dining experience and each dish was delicious! If you’re going to splurge, this is the place.

Tuna tostadas that could convert a non–tuna girl (me). And of course the Pescado a la talla, Contramar style (split fish, half with red adobo rub & half with parsley rub) is a must-order. Go hungry.
Contramar
Rooftop glam at the Ritz-Carlton, 56 floors up. The views alone make it worth it. Sometimes cute spots aren’t that great food wise, but the food was really good, the drinks were strong and the views were breathtaking! Try to go around sunset.
Ling Ling
A taquería with Southeast Asian flair. We ordered every single taco on the menu (if you know us, this isn't a surprise) and got the street corn. Flavors layered, bright, and totally different from your standard street taco. Thinking about these as I ...
Cariñito Tacos
Perfect sweet treat after all of the savory food! Simple and straight to the point good churros!

Mexico City is a cocktail lover’s dream with many bars on the 50 Best Bars list!
A more intimate mezcal-focused bar with deep roots in tradition. As mezcal lovers, this spot was amazing! And, it was nice having a front row seat to watch the bartenders in action. Perfect for sipping and conversation.
TLECĀN
Regularly ranked among the world’s best bars, and you’ll see why. Creative cocktails with a playful edge. And the music was TOO good. We didn't want to leave. Probably the liveliest out of all the bars we visited.
Licorería Limantour
Cozy, cool, and inspired by the Galápagos Islands. We loved the laid-back vibe. The cocktails here were probably our favorites but super hard to choose because all of these spots were great!

You can’t just come for the food and drinks. The culture is beautiful and there is so much to explore!
A must if you want to understand the depth of Mexican history and culture. Plan to spend a few hours here — it’s huge and incredible.
Mexico City: Anthropology Museum Skip-the-Line Ticket
A boutique perfume house with scents inspired by Mexican botany. This location is tucked away in a secret garden and it couldn't have been more magical. Even if you don’t leave with a bottle, the experience itself is beautiful. The OroNardo scent was...
Xinú Perfumes Marsella
The best massage we’ve both had in a while! We were greeted promptly and the staff was so friendly! We got started right away and for 90 minutes we got to forget about anything other than these massages! They were accurate with the pressure we reques...

I grew up watching wrestling so Lucha Libre is definitely top of the list for our next visit!
Lucha Libre Show with Tacos, Beer, and Mezcal
Because of the early morning call time, we didn’t get to do the hot air balloons this go round, but it is definitely a must for our next trip. The view looks outstanding!

We cannot wait to visit when we return! It’s next to the National Museum of Anthropology and also a must do! Beat the crowd by doing an after hours tour
Chapultepec Castle After-Hours Guided Tour
What’s better than a fun boat ride with drinks and local food?! This isn’t a yacht or catamaran so let’s not think of it as such. Great vibes and fun!
