I’ve lived in Ohio my whole life and these are the places I’ve liked hiking most
Recommend going below and hiking by the river. I sat down there and just relaxed by the waterfall
East Falls of the Black River - Elyria
Thought this was really pretty and it’s pretty large so you can walk for awhile
Bedford Reservation
Pretty short walk from the parking but you can go below by the river and hike along the river which I recommend
Great Falls of Tinkers Creek
Very pretty. Many different trails you can take. Definitely will take a hour or 2
Brecksville Reservation
There’s so many different trails. I haven’t done them all yet but this can take upward 3-4 hours to go all the way and back on 1 trail
Hocking Hills
Didn’t have time to do whole thing but halfway and back was about a hour and I thought it was really pretty. Definitely go after a rain
Clifton Gorge State Nature Preserve
