Very popular hangout spot for locals in the summer season with great variety of food that you can buy from the food stalls. They also have dj’s playing but they do close the place at midnight.
A bit further away from downtown but I highly recommend...

Lovely indoor and outdoor market with very central location near Nørreport station. Shop vegetables, specialty items and have a glass of wine - or even grab a bite in one of the restaurant stalls.

Amalienborg Castle is quite an architectural masterpiece and right downtown.
The Royal Changing of Guards happens at 12 every day - be sure to be there earlier though if you want a good spot.
