But I think it's important to try new things and maybe do things that are at the edge of your comfort zone! It helps you realize what you are capable of, and reminds you you're alive! Always living within your comfort zone is a great way to stay safe, but in my opinion does not lead to a very exciting life. Now I'm not saying everyone needs to go climb this via ferrata route like I did, that might be WAY too far out of your comfort zone, but find something on the edge of your comfort zone to push towards. When you succeed at doing that thing, the feeling you get is pretty awesome and honestly kind of addicting 🤷♂️😃 . . ."
