I think I was born in the wrong timeline. I love all things magical. I love flowy skirts, dangly earrings and being lost in nature. If there are shiny rocks—even better! Throw in a bit of moon water and I am there! Flower pressing, making homemade paper, and planting my own herbs and garden is my peace.

These are the things that I use either when in a flare or just to make daily life easier. Some days I don’t need to use any mobility aids and others days I am 100% dependent. For my POTS, I use electrolytes, compression items, blood pressure cuffs but the most important thing for me is a watch that tracks my heart rate. Hands down the Amazon watch is my favorite.

All the must haves for gardening for beginners! I live in Kansas and I am still learning how to make my little garden grow. I love sunflowers, wildflowers and zinnias and watching them bloom!
