Blydenburgh County Park
Cheap parking fee, amazing boardwalk, and beach views. Stroller friendly!
Sunken Meadow State Park
iconic lighthouse views in beautiful Montauk.
Montauk Point State Park - Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation
take the ferry from Bay Shore or Sayville, pack a picnic, and enjoy the beach. You can also walk from Robert Moses.
Fire Island National Seashore
walking/biking trails, gardens, and historic mansion ruins.
Caumsett State Historic Park Preserve

Lewin Farms

Wickham's Fruit Farm
They have 2 locations. We went for the fall festival and it was cute! They had food trucks and pumpkin picking - they have different activities based on the season.

Greenport Village
stroll the village, grab coffee or lunch, cheap ferry views.

Home to rescued animals, butterfly gardens, and nature trails. Admission is free (donations encouraged), making it a perfect affordable family outing.
