If you drive around our town you are bound to see red hearts everywhere (including our giant oak tree). The sweetest family started this foundation in memory of their baby boy, Oakes, who was taken too soon due to a congenital heart defect. This organization supports families going through the same struggles and the community helps support with these giant red hearts. 💖
