I knowwww these might look funny but trust me these were such a big help for after birth. I felt like these protected me a lot more from leaking, they are comfortable to wear under any pants or shorts and they help a lot at night.
Depend for Women
Theseee are a musttt helped soothed pain and definitely helped with hemorrhoids after giving birth. I’m sure there are other brands that work but for me personally I prefer TUCKS so it’s all about personal preference

Dermoplasttt you need to get some especially after birth mama. This will help with any burning or itching and it gives a cool effect so it feels very nice and it helps with the whole healing process

So for the mamas that don’t really want to wear the depends Maxi pads will work just as good. They come in different lengths and thickness.
