OK I realize this pic might not be a seller, but wow is this good. One of the most unique bites I've had in Denver. If you like blue cheese this appetizer is a MUST. Perfect blend of delicate, creamy, bold and fun. Love the texture of this between the tart and the filling itself. This is an exciting dish.
