Such an amazing series, I'm almost done with it and I can't put it down! Great worldbuilding, compelling storytelling, and characters you come to really care for.
Throne of Glass Series
This book had me guessing until the end, and I still didn't get it right. Read it for a book club, and it was a great thriller!
The Silent Patient - Michaelides, Alex: Books
Despite not being as much of a romance comedy as the usual Emily Henry book, this story is enjoyable and the writing is as captivating as ever
Great Big Beautiful Life
Mystery, a love triangle, complicated family, and puzzles upon puzzles - what more could you ask for?
The Inheritance Games
A beautiful story that I couldn't put down. Love, loss, and the determination of a strong and brilliant woman. Plus, some narration from the goodest boy.
Lessons in Chemistry
This book has started my newest obsession. I listened to it as an audiobook (seems to only be available via Audible), and immediately had to get the whole series. A very fun book with a world that is easy to dive into. A great mix of humor, drama, and so much more.
Dungeon Crawler Carl by Matt Dinniman
This book had a very fun and engaging tone. Mystery mixed in with navigating family drama and past trauma, with a good amount of humor, action, and murder
Everyone in My Family Has Killed Someone
I really enjoyed this book, and thought it was a good commentary on people's perceptions and group mentality. I enjoyed trying to solve the mystery and figure out what happened, and felt accomplished when certain suspicions were proved right. The ending… I can honestly say I wasn't expecting that.
All Good People Here: A Novel
Another fun mystery to try and unravel. Despite being able to guess some aspects, I couldn't have guessed how the book would end
The Missing Half by Ashley Flowers
I thought this was a fun blend of romcom and horror, with a fun mystery to solve. I do feel like the fmc was a bit hornier than I would have expected given the circumstances, and do feel like one of the main rules of horror was ignored for a majority of the book, but I still found it to be a very fun read. I will most likely read more by this author soon
