In the first few months of your baby's life, you want to find visual books and soft books that they can bat at as they learn to control their hands and that is soft for them to teeth on.
As your baby learns to push buttons, books that will give them a reaction when they push them and also help them with their vocabulary and brain development are an awesome choice.
My toddler loves these sound books. Maybe he just loves pushing buttons. :)
