Very good customer service and would go the extra mile. Amenities are also great. They have nespresso machines inside the room. They also offer free use of the sauna aside from the usual hotel facilities.

Clean rooms and also in the city center where everything is very accessible. If you're looking for a cheap stay in the center of the city, this is a decent one.
Palm Grass The Cebu Heritage Hotel
Very affordable stay. If you're looking for somewhere to temporarily crash or somewhere to rest for a low-budget, then this hotel is decent enough.
