A collection of straightforward parts and fixtures we used to keep the restrooms running smoothly. These are the "behind-the-scenes" items that need to be durable enough for high traffic without causing constant maintenance headaches.
A standard, reliable flush valve. We installed these because they handle high pressure well and the piston part is easy to swap out if it ever starts to leak.
American Standard 6045101.002 Ultima Urinal Flush Valve
A classic wall-mount urinal. It’s compact enough for smaller stalls, and the 1.0 gallon flush is strong enough that it stays clean between deep scrubbings.
American Standard 6581001.020 Maybrook Urinal 1.0 GPF
A good "no-nonsense" option for a basic bathroom setup. It has a clean white finish that doesn't stain easily, and the mounting hardware feels very secure on the wall.
American Standard 6002001 Pintbrook Urinal
We picked this for the low water usage. It only uses an eighth of a gallon per flush, which helps save a lot on the utility bill over time without losing performance.
KOHLER Dexter Wall-Mount 0.125 Gpf Urinal
A manual push-button valve. It’s great for high-use areas because there’s no sensor to fail, and the push action is smooth and doesn't get stuck.
Prier 190-0 Urinal Push
Everything you need to keep a waterless urinal from smelling. We keep these on hand for quick maintenance checks every few months to keep things fresh.
ZF-KIT Waterless Urinal Service Set, 2-Pack
These cartridges do a great job of trapping odors. Buying the 6-pack is much cheaper than getting them one by one, and they’re easy to swap out in a couple of minutes.
Ez Trap Waterless Urinal Cartridge, 6 Count
We put these on the floor to catch splashes and neutralize smells. They stay flat on the tile and make the end-of-day cleanup a lot faster for the staff.
SMELLRID Odor Control Bathroom Mat - 6 Pack
A basic manual valve that gets the job done. You can adjust the flush slightly if the water pressure in the building is a bit too high or low.
Adjustable Manual Urinal Flush Valve 1.2 GPF
A solid mid-range valve. The 0.5 gallon flush is a nice middle ground between water saving and making sure everything actually clears the bowl.
American Standard 6045.505.002 Urinal Valve 0.5 Gpf
These screens help prevent clogs and actually smell decent. The "tropical" scent isn't too overpowering, and they last about a month before needing a swap.
Diversey Ekcos EKS-4O-12 Urinal Screen, Tropical
The "brain" for an automatic sensor flush. If your sensor stops responding, swapping this module is usually a much cheaper fix than replacing the entire valve unit.
Sloan G2 EBV-129-A-U Urinal Control Module
An automatic valve that’s actually consistent. The sensor range is good—it doesn't "ghost flush" every time someone walks by, which saves quite a bit of water.
A must-have for maintenance days. These covers look a lot more professional than a "closed" sign taped with duct tape, and the labels are easy to read from the door.
Out of Order Toilet & Urinal Covers Kit - 32 with Green Labels & Knife
The standard replacement cartridges for most waterless urinals. They click into place easily and come with the removal tool, which makes the job a lot less messy.
We used this for a more "hidden" look. The hardware is tucked behind the wall, so it’s protected from tampering, and it makes the whole restroom look much sleeker.
Cascada Concealed Sensor Urinal Flush Valve
A heavy-duty flush valve with a nice chrome finish. It’s built to last and the 3/4-inch inlet is standard, so it fits most existing plumbing without needing extra adapters.
