so heartbreakingly beautiful. you will fall in love with abby jimenez's writing and characters that she makes you feel so close to. Might I also add how extremely funny this book is, I couldn't stop giggling!

Not the most “summer coded” book but if you love books based in the 1970s with the band aesthetic, you will love this. I was hesitant going into it and it ended up being my favourite read of last year. Planning on re-reading it this summer 🥹

Such an iconic summer read. Second chance romance, childhood best friends to lovers, set on a lakefront cottage, AND past/present timeline! Every book girly just needs to read this at least once in their life.
