People often ask me for my skincare routine so here it is! I keep it simple, but powerful. Here are 15 products in my rotation, including retinols and K-beauty recommendations.
(Daytime, Daily) The opaque bottle means that the vitamin C isn’t getting diluted by light! Excellent under make-up. A near-perfect dupe of Skinceuticals. This is a staple in my skincare routine.
20% Vitamin C Serum + E Ferulic Acid Travel Size
(Nighttime, 3x/week) Incredible! Gives you a glowy, dewy finish! My 73-year-old mom said it made a huge difference in skin. I have oily skin, and this is lightweight, non-greasy yet very hydrating. I layer this on top of my tretinoin at night.
COSRX Snail Mucin 96% Power Repairing Essence 100ml
(Nighttime, 3x/week) Worth a trip to Paris! I discovered this in a pharmacy in a Paris train station. It’s a retinol, and very powerful. It will absolutely transform your skin. I can only use it 3x a week, and 1 tube lasts me 9+ months.
A313 Vitamin A Pommade 200.000 UI
(Daytime, Daily) I am obsessed with sunscreen. This formula is lightweight, dries with no white cast, and feels like a serum. It gives you an immediate plumping effect when applied and keeps you hydrated all day. Works great under makeup.
(Daytime, Occasionally) I use this for added coverage when I want it. Very lightweight coverage that melts into the skin. I layer this under my MAC Studio Fix.
True Match Hyaluronic Tinted Serum - L'Oréal Paris
(Daytime, Daily) If this foundation has no fans, then I am dead. I am the OG stan for this product! I use NC30 and it’s been my go-to for years. Holds up against any type of weather, tames my oily skin while still leaving me with some glow, and it ea...
Studio Fix Powder Plus Foundation | 67 Shades
(Day & night, Daily) There are a lot of micellar water out there, but this is my fave. I use after cleansing and consider it the 3rd step of my “triple cleanse.”
Micellar waters for sensitive, oily or dry skin
(Nighttime, daily) I remove my makeup with these before washing. I think it helps physically remove all layers and it keeps my bathroom sink cleaner since there’s not as much makeup product being washed off in the sink. I use a clean cloth every day,...
Makeup Remover Cloths 4 Count Microfiber
(Day & Night, Daily) I use a foaming cleanser because I have lash extensions. However, this also works great for my oily skin. Highly recommend this formula over the “gentle cleanser” version, which doesn’t do enough to remove makeup.
DermaControl Oil Removing Foam Wash
(Nighttime, 3-4x/week) I alternate this product with my retinol. It’s great at calming the skin and fighting redness.
The Ordinary Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1%
(Nighttime, 3-4x/ week) I layer this over my niacinamide + zinc serum. Helps repair my skin barrier on my “off” nights when I’m not using a retinol.
(Nighttime, Every other day) A chemical exfoliant is critical to keep skin looking refreshed and refined. I use this at night, every other day. I usually alternate with nights that I’m using my retinol.
Pixi Glow Tonic Glycolic Acid Face Toner
Super-basic, but essential! I use these day & night!
Cotton Pads & Rounds
(Nighttime, weekly) My lips get an extra boost of moisture and I think it helps prevent fine lines around the mouth.
Lip Sleeping Mask Nourish & Hydrate
(Nighttime, 3x/ week) I use these on non-retinol nights. They can be used anywhere, but I like them right between my brows and on my forehead.
